We loved the Hotel Pantheon. Great location, great staff. Our room was spacious and attractive, the bathroom was much larger than any other we had on the trip. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean and nice and a very good value.
A fantastic location! Practically at the Pantheon (perhaps a 30 second walk); Could not have asked for a better location. We walked everywhere. The staff knowledgable, friendly and helpful. My opinion: a wonderful boutique hotel that utilized its space very well; a pleasant comfortable lobby, very clean rooms with nicely appointed baths; a/c worked great for the start of July. Very satisfied with our choice of accomodations in Rome
We loved the location of the hotel. Walk outside and you are literally at the Pantheon. It was a great location for walking to most sights and was near many restaraunt options. We had a quad room that was very quiet even though we thought it would be loud there. The room was also quite roomy for European standards, even with 2 teenagers we had plenty of space.
The room was quiet and was on the top floor but it only had windows out the top. We would have liked to have had a room with windows to see out. The main thing that was an inconvience was that the computer didn't work at the hotel and the wifi only worked if you sat out in the hall and even then didn't work very well. But that was a small part of our vacation and wouldn't stop us from staying there.
The location was fantastic. Walk outside and you are literally at the Pantheon. The room was smallish, but that is standard, well appointed, comfortable bed, large bathroom. The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to help. Arrranging a rental car, dinner reservation and directions'.Theresa and Roberto,at the front desk was fantastic
Room was a good size and very comfortable. Location was perfect. Around the corner from the Pantheon and close to everything. Good breakfast buffet.
Same complaint for all hotels in Italy we stayed at - only English speaking channel was BBC World.
I love the location, and how it was near the awesome Pantheon, and so close in walking distance to Trevi Fountain and the heart center of historical Rome
There is nothing I didnt like about this Hotel.
Very friendly staff, the hotel is in a great location, and spotleslly clean
Very nice, helpful staff. Nicely situated in the centre of Rome, we could walk everywhere around the city from there. A few feet from the Pantheon and its busy Piazza, the best Café in the city and plenty of excellent restaurants and stores.
Like any European hotel, the rooms are smaller than in North America and thus appear more expensive, but you're in Rome, so you don't want to spend much time in your hotel anyway.
The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Always there to please. The hotel situation was central to all tourist areas and within easy walking distrance.
The nearness to several tourist sites including the huge choice of cafes with a very wide selection of Italian cuisine. All this within easy steps from the hotel.
The room was too small - nothing like what the pictures in the website suggest. The cramped style in the room was a huge disappointment. Also the language barrier was not helpful as 99.9% of the staff were unable to respond to simple questions in English.
Location was good and staff friendly
Room 104 very poor view and breakfast well below standard
Location, location, location. 40 mtrs from Pantheon gives you the possibility to walk to "everything" in Rome. The rooms are quite small, but nice. Breakfast room very small and in the basement - not so nice.
Hotel Pantheon was a very quaint, clean & chArming hotel in the heart of Rome's historic district.
My only complaint waascthstvthe street was a bit noisy at night
The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the Pantheon of course, but also within walking distance of several other attractions including shopping, Treve Fountain, Colloseum, Roman Forum, etc. Also, it was one of just a few hotels that offered a room that sleeps four. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, including good English skills.
The air conditioner control was difficult to operate (wall switch, wall thermostat, and unit controls all needed to be in a specific setting). Worked well once explained.
The room was perfect and lacked for nothing. Service by 3 out of 4 of the concierges/staff was beyond our expectations. Having never been to Rome, their assistance with locations, etc. was crucial. Even though it was in the middle of the busy Pantheon district, it was quiet; that was a huge plus as well.
